Carpet Cleaning – 11 step process

•STEP 1: Pre-Inspection Every carpet is thoroughly inspected before cleaning.

•STEP 2: High-Powered Pre-Vacuum.  Your carpet is carefully vacuumed in order to remove insoluble debris.  This step provides a more thorough cleaning.  Why have the insolubles (pet hair, sand, etc.) stirred around during the wet process step.

•STEP 3: Furniture Moving Sofas, chairs and tables are cautiously moved.

    •STEP 4: Pre-Spray & Pre-Spot High-traffic areas and stains are pre-treated for more effective removal.

•STEP 5: Pre-Groom Carpet is pre-groomed to further loosen traffic area soil.

•STEP 6: Extract & Rinse The loosened soil is then thoroughly extracted.

•STEP 7: Neutralize Every carpet is left pH-balanced to inhibit future soiling.

    •STEP 8: Post-Spot Treatment (if necessary)

•STEP 9: Speed Dry High-velocity air movers are used to speed dry carpet.

•STEP 10: Post-Grooming   The carpet pile is set in one direction for faster drying.

•STEP 11: Post-Inspection   A post inspection is performed to insure you are pleased.
