Upholstery Cleaning – 12 step process

•STEP 1: Fabric Testing Your fabric will be tested for fiber type & dye stability.

•STEP 2: Area Preparation The area to be cleaned is prepared and the surrounding furnishings are protected.

•STEP 3: Pre-Vacuum Dry soils and insoluble debris are removed.

•STEP 4: Pre-Treat Depending on your fabric, it may be pre-treated to suspend bonded soils.

•STEP 5: Pre-Spot Potentially difficult spots are pre-treated with specially selected solutions to increase likelihood of removal.

•STEP 6: Pre-Groom The fabric is gently groomed using soft upholstery brushes to loosen the soil.

•STEP 7: Soil Extraction & Rinse Soil is extracted with a gentle, controlled rinse.

•STEP 8: Neutralize Fabric is left pH-balanced to restore its soft, fresh feel.

•STEP 9: Post-Spot   Any remaining spots are treated with stain removal products.

•STEP 10: Post-Groom Fabric is prepared for drying with a gentle combing.

•STEP 11: Speed Dry High-velocity air movers are used to speed dry fabric.

•STEP 12: Post-Inspection A post inspection is performed to insure you are pleased.
